Looks like a warped sense of what is best and what is not on parenting. A person who is scrutinized by adoption agents can pretend to be a good person, a responcible citizen, and a good choice as a parent, but this does not mean they will be a better parent than the biological ones. There is a good chance that Jolies resentment toward her own parent (John V.) plays a big role in her rediculas viewpoints. Remember she is an actress.

Grayson, I completely understand what Angelina is trying to convey. I’ve lived in Philadelphia almost all of my life, and I have seen countless low lives, who are extremely fertile, give birth to multiple future criminals in the world. Their children are filthy and abused, even in public, so imagine in the home!
I’m not saying all biological parents are “bad” parents, but I’ve seen countless irresponsible parents raise horrible children.
Also, use spell check mister!
