A naked Angelina Jolie will be gracing the streets of Oklahoma City in September – a life-size statue of the Hollywood actress breastfeeding has been created by New York-based artist Daniel Edwards. The bronze sculpture of mother-of-six Jolie, titled Landmark for Breastfeeding, was inspired by the star’s W magazine cover last year, in which she was snapped by boyfriend Brad Pitt breastfeeding her newborn twins. The statue depicts Jolie sitting nude as she suckles twins, one of whom is of African descent. It is set to be unveiled in the Oklahoma City Metro area on September 11 as part of World Breastfeeding Week. Sandy Wilson of Phantom-Financial, the organisation behind the Jolie artwork, says, “We believe the statue sends a beautiful message by promoting the acceptance of public breastfeeding. Mothers should be encouraged to nurture their babies anywhere.” The sculpture will go on show in London later this year.

Angelina Jolie’s perfect pout is down to a $4 lip balm. The Changeling actress, who is renowned for having sexy full lips, swears by Shea Terra’s Menthe Orange Organic Shea Lip Butter to keep her mouth soft and kissable. The lip balm boasts a variety of unusual products including raw golden beeswax from Uganda, virgin coconut cream oil, African potato, Namibian tsamma melon seed oil, rooibos, chamomile flowers and wild Namibian plum oil. The reasonably-priced mouth moisturiser also contains mint oil, meaning it doubles as a breath freshener. A source said: “Angelina stockpiles the lip butter to preserve her to-die-for pout. She likes it because it also helps to freshen your breath and Angelina hates chewing gum.” Shea Terra claims the balm provides hours of dry lip relief, will protect against cracked lips and even heals cuts.

Angelina Jolie, Victoria Beckham and Anne Hathaway have designed jewellery for an auction featuring celebrity memorabilia that will benefit the Prince’s Trust and other charities. Kate Winslet, Jennifer Lopez, Penelope Cruz and Ricky Gervais have also designed jewellery or added autographs to the collection, which will be previewed at auction house Bonhams in New Bond Street, London next Tuesday. Following the display, the exhibits will return to New York before being auctioned at Bonhams and Butterfields in Los Angeles on May 28. Half of the proceeds of the auction, which is being organised by Los Angeles-based charity auction campaign Stars For A Cause, will go to charities chosen by the participating stars. The other half will go to the Prince’s Trust, which helps young people develop confidence, motivation and skills to find work. Other jewellery items include designs from Charlize Theron, Goldie Hawn and Miley Cyrus, while Sir Ben Kingsley has designed a pair of cuff-links. Also up for auction are a Balthazar and Methuselah of Moet & Chandon champagne signed by Colin Farrell, Susan Sarandon and Gervais as well as limited-edition posters for the Golden Globe Awards autographed by Brad Pitt, Jolie, Tom Hanks, Sigourney Weaver and Winslet.

Miley Cyrus has admitted that Jennifer Aniston and Angelina Jolie are her biggest Hollywood role models. Speaking to Glamour, the Hannah Montana star revealed that she admires both actresses for their individual styles and character. “Jennifer Aniston can put on a plain black dress, with plain make-up and hair, and look so stunning. Angelina always looks so comfortable in her own skin. She’s also changed, going from wild child to being a mum and having a normal life,” she explained. “And Jennifer Aniston bounced back after her divorce. If anything like that ever happens to me, I’m like, ‘Pull a Jennifer, Miley!’ She is so classy.”

Angelina Jolie’s mother Marcheline Bertrand died owing the state of California over $60,000 (£41,380) in unpaid taxes. The veteran actress lost her battle with ovarian cancer in January 2007, at the age of 56 – reportedly leaving millions of dollars to Jolie and son James Haven in her will, as well as thousands to her siblings and other relatives. But Bertrand’s estate is now being pursued by the state for the back taxes, with government officials filing a creditors claim for a total of $62,928.70 (£43,399.09) last week. According to TMZ.com, Bertrand owed $43,699 (£30,137.24) in outstanding taxes, with $10,924.75 (£7,534.30) in penalties and $8,304.95 (£5,727.55) in interest.

Angelina Jolie and Prison Break star Wentworth Miller have topped a new online Ultimate Hotties poll. Readers of U.S. magazine Entertainment Weekly and its Internet site EW.com spent a month voting for the sexiest stars, and after tens of thousands of votes were counted, Jolie and Miller came out tops. They were chosen from a list of 200 fellow sex symbols – Jolie garnered 20 per cent of the vote and Miller 13 per cent. Raquel Welch was the female runner-up, while Batman Christian Bale came in second behind Miller. Among the other icons who made the cut were Marilyn Monroe, Sophia Loren, Dorothy Dandridge, Paul Newman, Cary Grant and Will Smith.
